General troubleshooting.
Make sure your device is connected to the
network
.Make sure you entered the correct
license key
during the GazeTracker initialization.Make sure the app has the camera permission approved.
Make sure the bundle ID of the production key is the same as that of the app.
The followings are cases of typical authentication failure due to using incorrect license key
- Using
Development Key
in the production environment. - Using

in the development environment. Not using license key

build.- The device time is not set correctly.
- Free trial period has finished. You can always apply for extension.
